1. Returns & Eligibility
1.1. Non-Custom Products: We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.2. Custom Products: Personalized and engraved items, including custom cutting boards, custom neon signs, and other customized products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1.3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
1.4. Final Sale Items: Clearance, promotional, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. $10 Restocking Fee will be applied.
2.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us.
3. Exchanges
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
3.2. Exchanges for different products or variations may be subject to additional costs.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications
4.1. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
4.2. Modifications: Changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, modifications cannot be made.
